Here, movement takes center stage.
Studio Chez Gaston, located in Montréal’s Mile End, is my official rehearsal and creation space, as well as the place where I teach contemporary dance classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. It is also Gaston the cat’s very own temple 🙂
The space is available to rent for rehearsals, week-long residencies (including a residency showing), teaching, photo shoots, launch events, performance evenings, and film productions. Studio Chez Gaston is ideal for small- to medium-scale dance projects with 1 to 7 performers, depending on how the space is used, and can accommodate up to 15 people for yoga classes or other more stationary activities.
The studio features a grey Marley dance floor and a good-quality Bluetooth sound system, with approximately 800 square feet of usable floor space. Rates range from $15 to $50 per hour depending on the activity. Feel free to contact me privately to discuss your specific needs!
